Trunk Club Reviews

This was my third experience and the best so far. I have tried other sites like stitch fix but I feel lik Nordstrom's caters to more of what I'm looking for. If you have a Nordstrom card or get an invite the styling fee is waived so there is no upfront costs unless you decide to buy.

Awful customer service! They sent my brother a box no problem. But when I made my order and wasted two weeks while actively giving updates as to what I expected in the trunk. After all the Effort and headache I went thru with this program!? Fed ex informed me that my package was being returned to sender made by the sending parties request (trunk club) they shove me to the side and tell me my account was flagged in the system and they can no longer serve my account! I know of three different people in my town that had the same thing happen to them! The sad part is that they won't reply nor can shed any light as to why they won't serve certain accounts... It's just a simple "sorry about your luck pal! we can't serve you! or answer any of your questions bc we don't have to! 😉"... It's really a sham where they have minimum wage work from home "stylists" who are too lazy to want to do the work so they flag your account and never reply.

The clothes I received were all really cute. I really appreciate how they respected my budget. I personally am looking to spend less than $100 per piece and when I've tried other clothing box subscription alternatives (like Stitchfix), they always sent me really expensive pieces for some reason. I did have a problem where they sent me the wrong item, but they responded extremely quickly and the problem was resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely use again

So I have used several personal styling boxes and thus far Nordstrom's Trunk Club is by far my favorite. You get a LOT more items to try for the same price as the others' styling fee and better quality items. You can also refer a friend and get a $50 credit which is really nice. I've got several items for free this way. As with all styling boxes I've tried, it's hit or miss if they nail your style. When they get it right it's amazing and when they don't... well, haha I'm not sure who they are trying to dress then, an elderly woman or a teenager, but I'm neither. I'd highly recommend trunk club over the others. It's also the easiest to send back in my experience.

I’m excited to try TC, so I signed up and ordered my first trunk. My trunk is enroute to me thru Fedex when I got an email that my account is flagged and they can no longer service me. Wait, what? They can’t tell me why my account was flagged and won’t refund my $25 styling fee that I did not even use! I did not get “styled” nor did receive anything so I should be refunded! I used my own credit card, created my own account, used my own email address and mailing address. So why was I flagged?! So my trunk is stuck at a Fedex in my city and will be rerouted back to Trunk Club. This company is a scam!

I was hesitant to try tunk club by Nordstrom because the prices seemed to intimidate me. Now that I know that a Nordstrom sale also applies to trunk club I couldnt be more pleased. The quality is Superb. The items I buy will last a lifetime so I tend to buy classic pieces from TC. Working with your stylist one on one is the best! I cant wait for my trunks. I am able to keep 5 days and meticulously go through existing items in my closet to insure that I have things to compliment my new items. I rate trunk club 5 stars. I encourage everyone to try trunk club.

This is just for men right now, styling women soon. I actually found out about this from a female friend who did stitch something and this is similar but for men. You take a survey so they get to know you. And then a stylist chooses articles of clothing they will ship to you and you actually get to preview it online before they ship - that part is genius to me. What a time saver. You then have 10 days to decide what you want to keep. Anyway, I am dressing better and learning to shop better on my own. Some things can be a little pricey, otherwise I would give this 5 stars.

Trunk Club has some really high quality stuff. I don't have a lot of time for shopping and frankly I don't know what I want to buy anyhow. Real-life personal shoppers and stylists seem excessive, expensive and a lot of trouble. So Trunk Club offers something in between. My friends all think I look awesome--or at least a lot more awesome than before. And I haven't had any complaints yet from the ladies. Men, it's worth a try.
